| TCC C5b-9

The terminal complement complex (TCC), also known as the membrane attack complex (MAC) or SC5b-9, represents the final effector component of the complement cascade. This stable macromolecular complex mediates irreversible cytolytic damage to target cells while also participating in critical immunoregulatory functions.

| Recovery

The recovery of Mouse TCC C5b-9 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
